If I'm basing this off of the past year, my overall experience has not been great. I often question my decision making when accepting this position. There isn't a lot of communication between departments/leadership. If you aren't a part of the original crew, you are not made to feel welcomed

the division I am in is very toxic
What are some of the best things about your team?
the teams that I manage are very collaborative, flexible, and ready to work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
my direct leader is great at providing feedback and direction. Stacy Burt is a natural leader and cares about her staff.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
in general, it is the market driving compensation. CCH does have lower compensation than other companies with better benefits and PTO.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
leadership and nepotism. I'm not sure how the nepotism can be solved. It would be great if leadership accepted that our division is part of CCH and we are all ONE CCH
