The culture has drastically changed. I love what I do and that is why I am here.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is awesome. We assist each other, we look out for each other, we work well together
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe my salary should be the senior partnership manager level of $75,000. I also believe that the PM commission should be the same as the recruitment side. The recruitment side is 2% higher and they are given incremental increases at lower levels than PMs.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
listening, collaborating and letting us to do the job we were hired to do. I was hired to manage a team and they micromanage every aspect of it. They do not fully understand my position or know my strengths. They have kept me from increasing my sales/ desk and do not use my talent to the fullest.
