its a great company to come work for, however with many leadership changes the past few years, it has become unsettling. With the new acquisition with Aya however, I am hoping to see some consistency.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No salary increase for the last 3 years. Employees are told that's why you're given commissions, however managers, leads and directors do not. There is little to no appreciation as well.
