Working remote is, at times, difficult to engage in company activities. Communication is usually good but at times I feel "left out" and hear about key changes later than others that work in the office. My current supervisor does a good job trying to keep me in the loop of team & company info.

Teamwork, morale, communication most of the time.
What makes you most happy at work?
Flexible scheduling, being productive, meeting goals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Flexibility with scheduling support of current supervisory and her emphasis to draw all together as a team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have made less money each of the last 3 years. Over the last year, I had to follow-up repeatedly each time I was due for commission and/ or a bonus. With a new supervisor now, I am hoping this will improve.
