Safety is a huge focus, then quality, and finally production goals.
What makes you most happy at work?
What I do everyday is significant, I make a difference everyday for employees that ultimately impacts our customers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
99% treat it as a career... not a job. People care about the future of the company because it's their future too. Pride that 1 out of 4 semi-trucks have an engine from our plant.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My immediate management is excellent. They support my position and all ways, open to constructive criticism and ideas even though I haven't had to give criticism to my current managers, they even set aside 1 on 1 time in a separate environment to discuss whats going on and what they can do to help.
