Working for a company like Cummins.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Regular hourly raises as well as performance based raises; insurance premiums are cheap. Good retirement benefits
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing about my current team, is that we work so cohesively as a unit, we get tons more objectiv s accomplished rather than working individually
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Productivity. The company invests a lot of time and money into making the company better. Whether it be raises, literally making a work environment more comfortable ( like a.c), all kinds of different trainings if desired
What do you like best about the leadership team?
In over ten years I’ve worked for Cummins, I’ve never had a boss. Company leadership does an awesome job at training it’s lower tier managers all the way to executives to be leaders, not bosses. I’ve never had a manager that wouldn’t jump right into a problem with me if I couldn’t handle myself.
