The interview is a bunch of lies because they need people to woek their. Theyll promise all types of aupport and then you will call and text and may get a reaponse 3 to 5 days later. That tells you there's nothing they can do.
The team supporting each other. There's no support above store manager unless someone's superior is visiting then they pretend to be available to offer all the support you need but we all know once the visit is over calls and emails will once again be ignored.
The stores need more hours to hire more people to support the stores. Some stores dont receive enough hours to have two people per shift. Most people know this and theft ans robberies are really high, then the store manager is blamed and normally they're working alone trying to do everything.
The benefits are the best part of the compensation package because you're not paid nearly enough for all you have to do. And the insurance could be a lot better seeing that you own the insurance company. Having to meet a deductible before getting a discount on a regular checkup is absurd.
Helping the stores. More and more work is added and hours are never given to complete new tasks. The ACO model is so completely out of touch with the reality of what happens in a store. You want a person standing near it, and that leaves 1 other person to run the entire store and you decreased hours
