I love the company but as I was told recently I am dispensible by a supervisor. That took all my joy away from working with the company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the PTO and Extra Perks
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive are the CRG groups, EAP.
What makes you most happy at work?
I use to love coming to work. I was excited and then I lost my supervisor. Very personable. Supportive. But now what makes me happy is a couple of people on my Team. But mostly the customers. I love my job and what I do.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
If you are talking about my Supervisor, not really good. Needs some classes. Needs to implement QUEST principles. Core values that are part of the HEART HEALTH at Aetna. I found this to be true of several Supervisor's. I don't know if they are frustrated, or just not good Supervisor material.
