What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My team is amazing, full of talented, intelligent individuals. I just wish the rest of the company was.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication. When the CEO was brought in he bragged about how he loved communicating, and he would send out weekly emails. I haven't heard from him in 6 months, other than a single all hands meeting before the holidays.
