Bottom line. Unappreciated, always short staffed. Not having properly working equipment to do the job that needs to get done. Red tape!!

No raises\n No breaks. Short staffed. All about metrics. They don't care about the employees in the store dealing directly with the public.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
To work as a team to create a positive work environment. No "I" in team is critical in pharmacy world. Our customers see how we interact.
