What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're helpful if you need something or are having trouble with something (even tho I've been there a year), all us employees get along (for the most part).
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Best part we get 20-30% off as a store discount both on and off shift. Only downside if it's b1g1 free or 50% if we buy one we don't get to use our discount on one. Yet percentage coupons with customers they can use those. Should go both ways)
