The company is not concerned about mental/physical health of their employees. It is all about the mighty dollar to Karen. They try to run stores on minimal staff yet expect maximum staff results. You are expected to run a store ALONE for hours rather than staff stores safely.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Some of the customers who really support us. Also that I am one of the only ones who actually knows how to do my job. So many people come to me for answers, including the store manager.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Our team is constantly back stabbing. I constantly hear "it is not my job or I am not paid to do that". Our team does not have respect for the manager or higher ups, therefore they do not have respect for each other.
