There's no team everyone's out for themselves
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Some upper management cares. They have several good health programs for employees like a quit smoking incentive that could earn you $700.
What makes you most happy at work?
The company sees people as a commodity, a $ that's it they don't care about your health. They care about getting you to take more medication and billing your insurance.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They snap and scream at you constantly, it's all about the numbers. 500 Rxs a day, 700 flu shots since August '17. There is no regard for pt care or the employees
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Five years with the company, exceeds expectations on reviews, no complaints or disciplinary actions against me and have called out once. I work full time as a lead technician and do most of the pharmacist's duties since our pharmacy manager has been out on medical. II make $2/HR more then 5 yrs ago
