Providing adequate organized resources that we dont have to utilize 17 different systems to find an answer

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

We all need more efficient tools that give us access to information quickly without having to dig for hours through so many different systems

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I am paid a fair wage and have the benfits I expect that is not an issue. My only real issue is the lack of true leadership.
