Coworkers are good; it's management that doesn't communicate and follow-through

payroll done properly, benefits activation, communication, follow-through when something is changed.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

When I became eligible for benefits, it took 8 months to get the flex card and the dental insurance to cover continuously despite the deductions coming out of every paycheck. They also did not pay me for Sundays on call, though I had to spend 12 hours at the pharmacy to cover on-call hours.
