Overall I have had a decent experience working here. Working under/in different arms/parts of the organization will yield highly different experiences and perspectives. So overall I feel really content/happy in the space that I am in now, versus when I first started.

Collaborative spirit and cooperative nature.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I am able to perform my task well, and I know that a client and the leadership team is satisfied.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The collaborative effort and the engagement with the broader team. I appreciate that they like to keep the team informed of coming changes, planning, forecasting, etc. They also do a great job of motivating and developing colleagues.
