
The coworkers are all new hires. The turnover rate of employees is extremely high. No one wants to tolerate the bullying that CVS constantly does.
Always have to check that we are paid correctly. They (CVS) wants their employees to put in time without compensation and expects you to be available 24/7
Showing respect to employees and speaking with employees properly instead of degrading them all the time. The leadership has no idea of how to treat people in order to get the jobs done.
CVS is squandering and bullying their customers much the same way they bully the employees. All their programs are under the guise of "keeping people healthy" but we all know it is to make the CEO and other executives pockets "healthy"
