I love everybody's personalities and sense of humor. I also like those who come into work as they are suppose to.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'd like to be paid more than minimum wage with pay increase incentives. The employee turnover rate may not be so high otherwise.
