It all depends on the individual store.

They are to focused on pharmacy and not front of store merchandise.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The company contributes to HSA and FSA accounts regardless of my own contribution.
What are some of the best things about your team?
This is absolutely the best team I have worked with. The atmosphere is really positive and I have seen this in other stores as well.
What makes you most happy at work?
Whenever I help my customers save money. Because our rewards program is so confusing I love reteaching it to card members and get them coming back into the store.
