take care of the non management team. without them, alot wont get done
it is a dead end job. if they want people to make careers and not have high turnover, something needs to change
there is not enough hours so we can work together. most of the time, we get left alone to complete big tasks
the company is always looking to cut hours while adding on to the workload employees already have to do. there is only so much 1 person can do
