What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Unfortunately, working in a pharmacy is not typically a happy place. People are sick, miserable, and not up to it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If they didn't hire people to do lower level work than I do and pay them more money that I make.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything. They think they can bully those of us who work in pharmacy. We don't answer to you, we answer to the pharmacist-- who is also a manager.
