What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Employee appreciation, there is little to no value shown to employees that are hourly outside of individual location acknowledgement.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Inside the singular location there is almost always good coordination. When looking at regions or further, it's almost a maze of finding resources or getting them.

What did you like most about the interview process?

The interview process was well organized and delivered. Two separate interviews within days of one another. Feedback was almost immediate on the status of the process.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Locations in economically deprived areas have no assistance dealing with external theft. District Mangers and higher, are disconnected from operations; often having minimal knowledge on tasks or functions the new hires are expected to know.
