Protocol. Our store manager doesn’t follow any guidelines just hires whatever and makes the employees train them

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I don’t get anymore raises because I’m maxed out. Only a $300 bonus every year which is taxed 30%
