What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The pharmacists are great people, while the CEOs dont seem to care at all about their employees.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The coworkers spend all their time trying to sleep together or throw each other under the bus
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
As much as I love helping people, I hate being yelled at and threatened by customers because their insurance doesnt cover their medicines.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It helps people get the medicines they need to keep their families and themselves healthy. The managers try to keep things upbeat to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They asked about things other than my qualifications to ensure that I would be able to work not only in high pressure situations but would be compatible with my coworkers
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If you take a day off or use any kind of vacation times its frowned upon. My husband used TWO vacation days and he gave them FOUR MONTHS notice and they acted like he was asking for the world.
