that we work well together and that we each care for a better working environment

they finally gave us a pay increase but then cut hours and holiday pay. terriable.
What are some of the best things about your team?
everyone cares for each other and we all help each other. my team makes working there worth it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the people. the customers for the most part are good but everyone who comes to us is sick or in pain. so having a good staff is key.
