I was hired quickly the had to wait over a month to start. I was thrown into a postion with little to no training and no help from my coworkers . I also recive very little hours and I am scheduled differently from what I was told when I was hired .

The inclusive culture is what is best.

They are very diverse and inclusive.

They could improve by working as a team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If I was paid fairly for the amount od work expected.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The manger was very friendly and I was hired on the spot.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Better pay ,more hours , everyone working as a team and better comunication with managemenet.
