I loved most of my job and my direct co workers were ( mostly) great but cvs as a hole dosen't value pharmacists or technicians nor do they really understand what the customer is looking for.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most pharmacist value their techs.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have always worked with good pharmacists at the store level.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My interview was with the lead tech and pharmacy manager that I was going to work directly under
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pharmacy technician need a state license and a national certification to get a job but are barely paid more than minimum wage.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Understanding that a pharmacy is not a drive thru and that good techs are worth their weight in gold and are not glorified cashiers
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They need to focus less on meaningless metrics and more on actual customer safety and satisfaction. Along with pharmacist and pharmacy tech well being
