The first few years after my hire was fine, but things have severely home downhill in the past few years.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

SOME co-workers actually care and want to cooperatively work together to get things done.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They sometimes care about their employees on a more personal level when there is stuff going on in the personal life, because personally life does actually affect people at work.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Management doesn't care about their employees anymore, they only care about numbers, and we are understaffed, overworked and they expect "above and beyond" when they don't seem to appreciate us enough.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

I've been here a few years, so it's been awhile since I've gone through "new hire", but internal "promotional" hiring interviews seem to be nonsense, since they typically seem to pick their favorites that are in a "click" with certain other individuals.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Cleaning up after themselves and having a shed of integrity in their work. I shouldn't have to clean up a mess at a work station once I get there after someone else has already been there prior. I'm not their mother, and they are adults.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

If we were physically, mentally and emotionally supported, cared about and treated fairly in comparison to other employees, and if they didn't overwork us and expect us to work above and beyond like as a fully staffed team, when we are far from fully staffed. I'm 1 person not 5.
