CVS Health – No training. Overworked. Unrealistic expectations. Work 10-12 hr days and many weekends with NO COMP TIME. NO HOPE of COMP TIME. Very unhappy about that. But at my age and with Indian Nationals taking over the IT world, you gotta stick with what you have until somethign else comes along. | Comparably

What are some of the best things about your team?

Highly intelligent individuals; good people.

The integrity regarding opoid usage, the stopping of cigarette sales, etc.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Outside contracted interview rep was obviously paid for filled slots so he was great to deal with.

What would you most like to see improved at your company?

Hire more people and don't OVERWORK the ones that you have. 60-70+ hour weeks with no extra compensation!!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

They are trying to get the medicine that people need in the right hands at the lowest cost to the consumer.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are starting to SAY that they are going to invest in employees rather than just stockholders, but the proof will be in the pudding. Talk is cheap.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

There is little to no training. You are not told WHAT to do, just what not to do when you do it wrong. Ridiculously long hours for sub-standard compensation.
