My coworkers are horrible to work with. They're lazy and not held accountable for their actions.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The manager needs to make the culture at my store better because employees are allowed to do whatever they want.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is nothing that I like best about the leadership team, I feel as if there is no leader most of the time.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers always would call out or just never show up. Therefore I could never leave on time or I had to stay to cover their shifts and ultimately miss my classes.
