Overall, I enjoy my job but some days are difficult. I work at a very busy store and feel overwhelmed sometimes. However, my boss and coworkers make the experience and the job better.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy getting to interact with customers and other employees.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that the interview was formal, but also relaxed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that my pharmacy manager works beside us and is engaged in daily activity at the workplace.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My company is very accepting and I have the best coworkers who help create and keep a positive environment.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Because I am a pharmacy technician, I am at the bottom of this company. My store does not usually have meetings that I am involved in.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like I am underpaid for the time and work I invest in this company daily. Considering everything that my coworkers and I do, along with what we put up with, I feel we deserve more.
