The micromanaging is really not worth the pay. To be stressed and forced to rush with such poor health insurance is ridiculous
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The health insurance is awful. Each year it gets worse and worse. Benefits for corporate get better but ours get worse. Additionally they expect to much for less and less pay
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They talk about taking care of the customers but they do little to take care of the employee. Hours are all over the place they dim the light on overnight workers and they have given us worse and worse healthcare each year
