employees need to be respected for the hard work we do instead of criticized on the small mistakes.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Employees are treated as replaceable. Employees that go above and beyond do o get recognized while employees that do just enough are rewarded because management likes them.
