I have worked for this company and I really don't enjoy it. I like the job itself but would rather do it with a different company. the demands, the inconsideration for employees is not worth it. Handling money and germy sick people in the pharmacy and then handling medication is unsanitary.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They just hired me, no questions really.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of the team actually does their job.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The only thing positive is when costumers understand they will have to wait.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a Pharmacy Technician, we manage patients prescriptions, inventory, costumers, money, phones, counting medication. We are underpaid and undervalued because this is much more than a minium wage position when lives and patients health are in your hands.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company is just horrible to work for, the time management of interaction with customer coupled with the unbearable demand of filling prescriptions isnt doing able. The demands are unattainable. The health safety of prescription handling is ridicilous as well.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need understanding and concern. They need to actually care about their employees and their employees health. Not being able to call out sick when your actually sick because you will get written up is unexecptable. And also not being able to give a doctors note on top of it. Horrible company.
