Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I am coming up on my one year with the company and it has been great. My team is caring and always ready to answer questions as I learn the ropes. They also value me and what I bring to the team. My manager is always available if I have needs or concerns and so positive.

I love the interactions with my team members as well as potential new employees.

How involved they are with the team and keeping us know what is going on with the company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's hard to say we have so many perks. I guess it would be our stock options for CVS stocks.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Dental and Vision Wish health insurance had lower copays. It is more expensive than I have had at other companies. Seems as a helath company CVS would push for great health benefits for their employees.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Top to bottom a great group of people. They care about their teams. They always keep us aware of changes and upcoming new business plans. I love being part of an organization that is so involved in community too!
