I have been with CVS Health for 14 years. I feel like our current leadership are really organized, they care about our feedback to improve our work environment, we focus on diversity in our hiring, our technology is better than it has ever been and everyone is working hard for a common goal.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
401k is matched dollar-for-dollar up to 5% - I'm saving as much as I can to retire before I'm too old to enjoy it!
What are some of the best things about your team?
While we all work virtually (especially now with COVID), we stay connected through Microsoft teams, Skype, WebEx, etc. We have lots of tools to help us collaborate and stay connected. It is nice to know that I'm not working alone!
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm happiest when a goal is met or a proposal is accepted. I love the positive feedback that I get for good ideas and efforts. I enjoy asking my director for feedback on how she would execute on ideas, so I'm never creating a wheel from scratch!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There has been a recent push to promote and hire internally which is awesome. I am happy in my current role, but I do enjoy seeing others promote and then they have working knowledge from their previous role that helps them be even more successful in their new role!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel like CVS Health is well-organized and has strategic initiatives to meet the company goals and mission. I also agree with the mission of "helping people on their path to better health." I could not be engaged with a company with whom I did not agree with the mission/vision/values/goals, etc.
