I have been in the professional work force since 1996. CVS Health has been a blessing to me and my family. I have always been a very hard worker but I feel that my efforts are appreciated at CVS Health. I feel that I am making a difference in the lives of many people, and I work with the best!

My team is supportive and hard-working. We respect and work very well together. Everyone is always willing to help!
What makes you most happy at work?
Being part of a great organization that is working toward our common goal of helping people on their path to better health. We make a difference.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of me is the salary and bonus potential. I do not use our benefits because my spouses offer better programs for our child with special needs.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love working for a company that is solution driven. I also love working for CVS because they live by Core Values that make for a very positive work environment. I feel appreciated and that I am making a difference. Work-Life balance is important to our leaders.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We live by our Core Values. They come from the top and filter throughout the entire enterprise. We focus on our Core Values every week during our meetings. We recognize those who go above and beyond. CVS is a caring, hard-working, and solutions - driven culture.
