I truly believe that the company cares about colleagues and customers. It is not just something we say, it is something we demonstrate.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Equity is something I have appreciated and does keep me employed long term. Not fully funding so I don't get it each year was a real disappointment in 2019.
