Being able to work from home is, for me, the biggest perk of my current role.

The compensation package is relatively standard and fair across the board (pay, benefits, time off, etc.).
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone seems to care about one another and assisting as much as possible when needed - this breeds great morale.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to be as open and honest as they can be, and geniunely seem to care about their employees as human beings.
