I wake up every morning excited to get to work and collaborate with amazig people. It's a tough job, but it's tough for the right reasons - we are trying to solve really difficult problems, and I've never been prouder of what I do.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I've had some amazing managers and a terrible one. The amazing managers kept me motivated, driven and focused on my work. The terrible one led me to fear for my job, yelled at me when I disagreed with him, and basic taught me to stop raising my concerns to him if I wanted to keep my job.

CVS cares just as much about how people treat each other as what they get done.

We treat each other with respect, team is highly motivated, engaged, and committed to delivering great experiences to our customers. We also have a great work/life balance.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Customer focus (although this hasn't reached all levels of company yet), respect, diversity, and a strong focus on transforming out company from the inside out to ensure we stay relevant in the digital world.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
1. It's finally diverse (at least gender wise). Long overdue but great progress. 2. New leaders seem focused on transforming CVS into the digital first reality of today 3. They seem genuine and care about customers and employees.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
New leadership team is customer obsessed, diverse, and seems to be making the tough choices we should have made years ago to remain relevant as a leading healthcare company (specifically, thinking digital first instead of store first, overcoming backend tech issues, hiring)
