What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the l&d team always engaging, providing new material to learn, the women's forum the company did for women's month, partnering with maven for fertility treatment, company wide trips, the list goes on and on

Working with my friends at work, engaging with new clients and candidates, searching for great candidates to impress my clients - placements make me the most happy obviously :)

consistent exceptions and last minute changes being made, rules and/or instructions not being followed, little transparency regarding many of the company-changing decisions being made
