They Communicate well with each other. They focus on goals an results. They offer each other support. Good leadership. Team members are diverse. Helping and kind. Everyone contributes their fair share. They have fun.

I really like the culture of Deloitte. My respective Team leads, Managers, All are really supportive and kind. I am a campus hire also a fresher. Its my first experience nd i find everyone very kind n helping nature. They guide me to learn new things to grow in my career.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interviewer. She was really very nice. It was first interview of my life nd i was really excited because Deloitte is my dream company since my school time. I was very confident but lil nervous too. But she made me comfortable. All things gone very well. n i got selected!! Best day of my life.
