The pay is very good.
What makes you most happy at work?
When our customer is happy and everyone feels valued and on a high functioning team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel the leadership team is only swayed by on sided Political views to the point they hurt their customers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I believe most of my team mates are hard workers but I believe leadership unfairly and unequally let some team members get away with acting against company policies because they have certain characterisics that are "political in". They are allowing different company standards for different people.
