What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Good work life balance and they mostly trust what I say and do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They are underpaying me by nearly 35%. They know this, but won't admit it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I can't think of much. They support a caste system that poorly utilizes employees within Deloitte.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working in an industry that I enjoy being in - Deloitte will not let me do this. (So I'm leaving)
What are some of the best things about your team?
Good and down to Earth people. The only benefit of this job. I wish I had more in person interaction though.
