Minimal to no training/ onboarding to the project. Rude management, busy and stressful hours with many weekends catching up on work

Work life balance, management should respect boundaries, flex hours

Need a higher salary for the workload i have, not great 401K plan

Provide training, give new staff time to ramp up, respect that some people like work life balance

Nothing, just looking forward to the weekend so i can get work done without meetings/ people pinging me
