Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Except if your role involves lesser work, relatively speaking. Most of the employees I interacted with often complain of bad WLB. So that's a damning verdict of how it is like to work for this company.

Division of work. Getting more people hired to lessen work pressure and demand lesser billable hours.
