What makes you most happy at work?
It changes all the time. That is good for me
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love it all. The large amount of pto, additional days thrown in there, all the training I need, just because awards, etc.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Always supportive and pushing us to learn and develop. I will have 4 weeks of expensive training in the first 4 months of 2018 along with paid certification.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think they listen. They have certainly gone down wrong paths before and I know of at least one instance where my advice had an effect and changed what they were doing.
