The leadership team genuinely cares about us and our well being. They practice what they preach regarding respecting paid time off.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I find that Deloitte within the Talent organization pays slightly below the 50th percentile but people stay due to the benefits and culture. That’s why I stay.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a virtual organization but have the option to go into the office. Everyone is approachable, eager to help, and happy. I love my peers.
