Above average salary and great well-being subsidy. PTO and other benefits are standard for a good company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is relatively hands-off in my functiona nd department. They're capable and approachable though not as open-door as we like to think they are.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everybody seems happy and positive. While there are stresses, my team seems to manage them well. We also keep drama out of the workplace.
