Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Deloitte should compensate their data scientists closer to market average instead of paying them like consultants/non-technical folk.
What did you like most about the interview process?
HR was transparent and communicative. Process took a few weeks. There was an opportunity to negotiate the starting salary.
